Register for MassMin 2024

Registration for Massmin has been temporarily closed due to updates and will open again on May 13. The updates include the added ability to book accommodations and activities as well as payment with credit/debit card.

We look forward to welcoming conference delegates to Kiruna, Sweden, for the 9th international conference and exhibition on mass mining.

All hotel reservations in Kiruna are made directly through Massmin 2024 during the period of the conference. When the registration opens on May 1, you'll be able to register, select hotel rooms, choose activities, and make payments all in one go.

Registration for the MassMin 2024 conference provides the attendees with:

  • Posibility to gain professional development hours.
  • The opportunity to take part in presentations about the latest in research and best practices from industry and academia.
  • The opportunity to learn, discuss and network with industry professionals.
  • You'll have the opportunity to meet industry suppliers and consultants in the exhibition area, where you can explore and learn about their products and services.

Pricing includes taxes where applicable and invoice payment is processed in SEK only. For student pricing, please confirm with the MassMin organizer that you are eligible.

    • Photography and video The event is subject to photography and video documentation that may be used for marketing purposes. This may include recording of presentations. If you do not want your photo taken, please advise a member of the MassMin team.

    Visa requirements For participants from outside Sweden, please familiarize yourself with any visa requirements. If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, please make sure to fill out the corresponding information in the registration form.

    Cancellations To cancel your registration, please send a written request to the event partner of MassMin at info@heedmark.com

    Refunds will only be issued according to the following terms:

  • Up to 10 days before the event: An administration fee of 1 500 SEK will be charged.
  • 9 days or less before the event: No refund will be issued.
  • Non-attendance: No refund will be issued.

    The MassMin 2024 organizer reserves the right to cancel the event/s if insufficient registrations are received.
